Swiss Sustainable Yachts AG, c/o Lenz & Staehelin Aktiengesellschaft, Brandschenkestrasse 24, 8001 Zurich (“SSY”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy demonstrates our commitment to ensure your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data (“Personal Data”).

By accessing our website, participating in an event and/or communicating with us via the con-tact form on our website, e-mail or other channels you consent to this Privacy Policy. In case you should not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, you must inform us and discontinue using our website or participating in our events. We shall then not be in a position to provide any information or services to you.

Personal Data we Collect
We only collect your Personal Data you provide to us when communicating with us (such as the name, e-mail and postal address, phone number, language preference, job title, source of connection, and content of the communication). In some instances, the Personal Data will be supplemented by information retrieved from public sources, such as online media or employer websites, in order to obtain further information to enable us to effectively communicate with you and offer our services to you.

Any transfer of your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland is conducted in accordance with data processing agreements for which SSY uses the trans-border data flow agreement published by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or EU Model Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.

You have the right to be informed by us on any processing of your Personal Data and obtain a copy thereof to verify the lawfulness of processing (right of access).
