Clean Growth Summit & The Role of Green Hydrogen

Hydrogen has long been hyped as a potential carbon-free fuel for transport and energy storage solution for grids.
At the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC)’s Clean Growth Summit on 17th November,  AQUON’s Strategic Market Development Manager Franziska Steidle-Sailer, Dr. Rolf Wüstenhagen from University of St.Gallen and Dr. Christian Zeyer from swisscleantech discussed the role of green hydrogen in getting to Net-Zero.

The Clean Growth Summit brought together leaders from the worlds of business, finance, and policy to discuss their ideas and challenges for a more sustainable future built on clean growth. By setting the focus on clean growth, BSCC shows the immense necessity to address this subject.

AQUON is thrilled to have been part of the important discussion on how to foster sustainable innovation, bringing green hydrogen solutions to the market, and promising commercial opportunities to scale the green hydrogen eco-system.

Topics at this unique virtual conference were:

  • The transformation potential of a post Covid recovery
  • How can insurance support a green recovery?
  • Hydrogen – Is it finally the next big thing? – with Franziska Steidle-Sailer from AQUON (verlinken, wenn ich das darf)
  • Direct Air Capture – a key enabler to Net Zero emissions?
  • The Democratic Dimension
  • Blueprint for a Green recovery
  • Putting Clean Growth into action
